TacForge is a series of content creation and 3-D source data correction tools that follows the philosophy that users have more and more tools to manage so the tools they use should be easy-to-learn, easy-to-use, and inexpensive at the same time being Powerful to get the job done right.

TacForge Deployable takes complex tasks one performs in several different tools and automates them in one tool so that anyone can make professional looking 3-D content.

TacForge Deployable is an Auto Ingest tool.

What does this mean:

Add imagery that is oblique or orthogonal and the tool will make them orthogonal (make all the pixels square)
Feather new images into existing images (make them fit together seamlessly)
Radiometric balance the imagery (make them look the same in color and contrast)
Auto control point calculation (adjust images so the coverage is correct relative to other existing images)
Auto cloud removal when more than one image covers an area (removes clouds and gets replacement pixels from other images)
Image fusion (merge high resolution black/white imagery with lower resolution color imagery to make new color image)
Reproject imagery, vectors, and elevation data into the local projection upon ingestion

All my data is now inside TacForge Deployable what next?

Fly around the data in 3-D over elevation, imagery, and 3-D models placed by vectors
Import and place new 3-D models from your library or from Modeler enhanced Sketchup into the 3-D scene
Rotate, scale, relocate any of the 3-D models in 3-D scene
Extract new 3-D models from your imagery in 3-D, using the roof tops and parametric modeling capability of TacForge Deployable

How do I get the modified data out?

Export your newly edited vectors into ESRI Shape
Export your corrected imagery into a number of commercial formats
Export your newly created 3-D models into OpenFlight
Export your elevation data into a number of commercial formats

It is that simple. Add source data to the 3-D scene. Fly around the 3-D. Fix any problems found. Export the source data to load into your favorite 3-D system.

Along the way the tool automatically corrects the source data to make it look like more professional.
