January 2009:

Cogent3D opened its door.

Diamond Visionics, LLC of New York partners with Cogent3D to be the Marketing and Sales agents for GenesisRT based products around the world.

Cogent3D purchased Arizona Simulation and all its Intellectual Property including the newly announced 3D terrain conversion tool called Symmetry. Making Richard Clark the VP of Engineering for Cogent3D and making his entire engineering staff part of Cogent3D.
October 2009:

Locheed Martin signs agreement for Cogent3D to be the Worldwide distributor of several 3D based Commercial Products.
